Kita no Maru Koen is near Kudanshita Stn. on the Hanzomon Line, Tozai Line and Toei Shinjuku Line.
Exit #2 is the closest to the park but it dos not have an elevator. Elevators are near Exits #6 and #7. From Suginami-ku: Kudanshita Stn. is 24 min. by Sobu-Tozai train service from Nishi-Ogikubo. Check the timetable to find what time these trains run. From Adachi-ku: It is 35 minutes to Kudanshita Stn. via Sky Tree/Hibiya lines, changing to Tozai Line at Kayabocho Stn. Another option is taking the Sky Tree Semi-Express with through service on Hanzomon Line. This route is also 35 minutes and the train transfer is easy even with a stroller.
